Craft Central

Emma’s passion for traditional Crafts and Craftsmanship is reflected within her style of jewellery. Emma draws inspiration from Victorian Folk life, Victorian interiors and buildings. She is continually striving to create Contemporary wearable pieces of jewellery with the essence of bringing the old with the new together.

Emma graduated from Middlesex University in 2005, during which time she explored the beginnings of her main collection ‘Maidens Garlands’ which consists of hand folded fine silver rosettes, a technique developed by Emma. Her love for the bygone era influences many of her designs including her new ‘Frame Collection’ with its sharp lines and sculptural shapes incorporating semi precious stones.  Emma works in Silver, 18ct y gold combining elements of Oxidisation and 22ct y gold plating. Commissions welcomed.
