Described by friends as a ‘Willy Wonka for the 21st Century’, Dickie creates accessories that have a dandyish appeal that is both retro and modern at the same time.
Whilst he specialises in men’s cufflinks and predominantly works in silver and mixed materials, Dickie is not limited to this and increasingly designs ambiguous pieces to be used by all.
Happy to undertake commissions, Dickie would encourage anyone interested to approach him with even the tightest of budgets or the most unusual of projects.
Though his inspiration comes from many sources, (the debut collection being inspired by poisonous frogs and Grace Jones) his influences are surprisingly consistent; The Pet Shop Boys, Mark Farrow, Jeeves and Wooster, Tim Burton films and a love of all things sartorial means that Dickie's work often has a graphic edge, bold use of colour and is presented with impeccable manners.
