Craft Central

Marsha believes that beauty is found in the simplest of things, and it is this simplicity that she aims to capture in her jewellery. Marsha uses traditional silver and goldsmithing techniques to create delicate organic forms, adding colour and texture through a combination of patination, hand dyed cold enamels and hand made textiles.
For Marsha, part of the joy of making is the journey - with no formal training, each piece demonstrates a road travelled: from an idea, through research, experimentation and learning, to the final piece.
Proud of the evolving, organic approach she takes to learning her craft and creating each item, Marsha aims for this to show through in her work. Each piece enriches her life as she learns new things and travels the journey to the finished article. She also hopes that they enrich the wearer’s life, bringing a reminder that beauty can be simple, and that sometimes the boldest statement comes not with a shout, but a whisper.
