I’m always working to find a balance in accessories that are bold and striking but at the same time wearable and beautifully crafted. I love to exploit the sculptural and textural possibilities of textiles to create accessories that belie their simple materials.
My designs are often inspired by vintage fashions and historical craft techniques, but always with a fresh, contemporary twist!
My aim is also to make my practice as ethical and sustainable as possible, using ethically produced or vintage materials. I love the challenge of working with limited materials to bring out their most exciting possibilities.
Each of my pieces is handmade by me in my London studio, so every one is unique.
